In August 2024, what began as an ordinary Wednesday night became a moment they would never forget. They were at Emili’s parents’ home while they were away, enjoying a familiar evening in the spa — a ritual that had carried through the years since Emili still lived at home. Unbeknownst to her, Aaron had been carrying the ring for almost nine months, waiting patiently for a moment that felt natural and true to their story.
